骨肿瘤保肢手术中人工关节重建胫骨上端 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨胫骨上端原发骨肿瘤保肢手术中应用人工关节重建的价值、疗效、手术难点、注意事项和并发症.方法回顾性分析本院26例胫骨上端肿瘤保肢手术的临床资料.结果 26例患者均行腓肠肌内侧头转移, 无术后感染和肌瓣坏死; 1例患者发生胫前肌群坏死.平均随访48个月,5例骨肉瘤患者死于转移,其中1例局部复发后截肢.15例植骨患者所植骨质与宿主骨愈合,形成骨壳.Enneking功能评价得分为17～28分,平均25.1分.膝关节主动屈伸范围65～100度,伸直缺失5～25度.结论保肢手术中人工关节重建胫骨上端并发症发生率低,近期疗效较好.
