摘要
介绍了短壁机械化开采工艺的技术特点、工艺特征、适用范围以及配套设备的主要技术参数,分析了3种设备配套方案对短壁采煤工艺在不同生产技术条件下的适应性,认为工艺与设备的合理配套是影响短壁机械化开采生产效率的主要因素。
The forum consists of two papers,one is 'Application of Wongawilli coal mining method in Shendong coal mining area',Wongavilli coal mining method is a kind of high-efficient coal mining method developed from 'room-pillar' mining method in Australia.The paper introduced the major technological index,new equipment and the solution for the key technical problems of this method.The other paper is 'The current situation of short-wall mechanized mining technology and equipment',it briefs on the technological feature,applicable scope and the main technological index of its necessary equipment of short-wall mechanized mining,analyzes the applicability of the three equipments plan for short-wall coal mining under different production technological condition,thus conclusion is drawn that rational suitability of technology and equipment is the major element affecting short-wall mechanized coal mining.
