以课外科研工作为基础拓展医学生创新综合素质教育空间的探索 被引量:10

Expanding Creativity-oriented Education by Improving Extracurricular Research Activities for Medical Undergraduates

摘要 对近年来开展医学生课外科研实践进行了回顾性总结与展望,深刻认识到课外科研工作在医学生创新综合素质教育中的重要作用.要达到课外科研工作“扶助学生成才”的目的,就必须对带教老师进行精心的遴选;对学生进行严格的选拔,做到“因材施教”,筛选的学生一定要“富有兴趣,学有余力,确有时间”;然后针对学生综合情况与学生共同精心设计并实施周密的个性化的培养方案.从科研技能、科学思维、科学精神三方面对学生进行循序渐进的培养,拓宽学生视野,教育学生善于求索、勇于创新、诚于协作. In this paper, based on the practice of Department of Etiology, Southern Medical University in recent years, extracurricular research activities for medical undergraduates were reviewed and analyzed. In order to help students to be talented personnel, three major things must be done in extracurricular research activities. Firstly, teachers must be selected strictly. Secondly, teaching should be conducted in accordance with students' aptitude, and students selected strictly must be interested in scientific research and have the ability and enough time to fulfill it. Finally, the characteristic training plan should be designed and implemented for each student. Extracurricular research activities train students in a step-by-step way in research skills, scientific way of thinking and scientific spirit, thereby broadening students' views and teaching them how to explore new knowledge, be creative and cooperate with others.
