摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,科学技术对社会进步和经济发展的促进作用日益凸显。在综合国力竞争日趋激烈的形势下,科技自主创新能力不高,已经对国家经济社会发展和安全构成了严重制约。要坚持把推动科技自主创新摆在全部科技工作的突出位置,坚持把提高自主创新能力作为推进产业结构调整和提高国家竞争力的中心环节,加快建设国家科技创新体系,在实践中走出一条具有中国特色的科技自主创新之路。
With the arrival of the knowledge economy age, the role that science and technology can play to stimulate the social and economic development is becoming more and more obvious. Under the situation where competition for national power is intensifying, the underdevelopment of creative ability in science and technology has hindered the social and economic development and the security of the country. Therefore, there is a need for us to place science and technology innovation in an important position of the whole of science and technology work, continue to take it as the key factor to improve the production structure and heighten the national competitive power, speed up the construction of a new system for national science and technology innovation, and create a new pattern with Chinese color through practice.
