摘要
本文提出了系统的设计目标和主要技术指标,从系统上论述了一个IBM PC/XT为主机的变电站实时监控及调度自动化系统的硬件构成和软件构成。
In this paper, the object and the specification of the design are discribed. It systematically states the hardware and the software components of the real-time supervision and control system at a power substation with IBM PC/XT as host computer.
