摘要 根据新世纪人才培养的目标,加强实践教育,以培养学生的综合创新设计能力。转变教育理念,课程设计与创新设计相结合,实现课内外结合、基础理论与动手制作结合、相关课程结合;实验教育与工程实际相结合,提高综合运用知识的能力;师生互动和团队学习相结合,体现以学生为主体,以教师为主导的教育思想;知识教育和素质教育相结合,培养开放性人才、复合型人才、创新型人才。 According to the program of personnel training in 21th c train students' innovation ability. Education idea must be changed entury, practice education must be strengthened in order to the course design is combined with the innovation design, so classroom teaching can be combined with extracurricular activities, base theory with practice, main course with relative courses. The experimental education must be combined with engineering practice, so students' ability of applying theory to practice can be enhanced. Teaching and learning each other between teacher and students is combined with team learning of students, so the education idea of student as subject and teacher as guider can be embodied. Knowledge education is combined with quality education for all-round development, so the students can be trained as opening talents complex talents and creative talents.
