摘要
针对当前啤酒次品回收自动化程度低的现状,设计了全自动的啤酒次品回收机。该机的控制系统采用可编程控制器(PLC)进行控制。根据生产工艺要求,运用顺序设计法设计出啤酒次品回收机电气控制系统的梯形图。若该机能够投入生产使用,能解决啤酒次品自动回收问题,且改善我国一直以来都靠人力回收次品啤酒的现状,节约人力资源,提高了生产的自动化程度。
This control-system use the Programmable Logic Controller （PLC）to retrieve the beer substandard product. The design method of beer substandard product electric control-system of retrieving machine used the order law design. If this control-system can be manufactured,it may improve the condition that we have always rely on manpower to retrieve the beer substandard,and it may save manpower,material and money.
