摘要
在分析了传感器在现代科学技术和航空测控技术中的作用后,本文提出了在近期应发展的四大类先进传感技术与现代航空测控系统配套,它们是:谐振式传感器,溅射薄膜应变式传感器,光导纤维传感器和新型硅传感器。
After analysis of the main role of transdu cer in the present scientific technology and aeronautic measurement & control technologyy, this paper process that four advanced sensor technologies should be developed with the present aeronautic measurement & control system in the near future, namely resonator transducers, sputtering thin film transducers, fiber-optic transducers and new silicon transducers.
