结肠镜检查术婴幼儿两种麻醉方法的效果 被引量:1

摘要 随着电子纤维结肠镜技术的发展,婴幼儿进行结肠镜检查术日渐增多。基于小儿的生理解剖特点,对此种手术采取何种麻醉方法尤为重要。本院近年来对此类婴幼儿采用浅静脉麻醉联合骶管阻滞或单纯静脉麻醉,均取得较好效果,现总结报道如下。
