电阻应变计绝缘电阻的研究

摘要 本文归纳和总结了前人对电阻应变计绝缘电阻的研究成果,对有争议的绝缘电阻有效模型问题进行了研究,指出以前各种模型存在的缺陷,提出了新的绝缘电阻模型,经实验验证,它与实际情况相符。本文还提出一种可以消除高温等情况下应变计绝缘电阻过低造成影响的补偿方法。对这种方法的理论进行了论证,并进行了实验验证。这种方法可以解决无机应变胶高温绝缘电阻过低的问题,并可以提高高温应变测量的精度。 In this paper the studied results of the insulation resistance of resistive strain gages by the prelusory scientists are summarized, different disputed models of the insulation resistance are studied, shortcomings of these models are pointed out, and a new model is proposed which has been proved by experiments and conforms to reality. A compenstation method which can eliminate the effect of very low insulation resistance in high temperature environment is developed. The method is discussed theoretically and verified by experiments. It can solve the difficulty of low insulation resistance of high temperature strain gage adhesives and can raise the accuracy of high temperature strain measurements.
