摘要
本文系统地研究了淬火温度、回火温度对15CrMnMoVE钢强度和冲击韧度等力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,15CrMnMoVE钢采用930℃或975℃淬火、600~650℃回火的热处理工艺,均能获得最佳的强度和韧性配合,但930℃淬火其低周疲劳寿命低于975℃淬火者。
The effects of queching temperature and tempering temperature on the tensile strength and impact toughness of 15CrMnMoVE steel have been investigated in the present paper. The results indicate that the optimum combination of strength and toughness can be obtained after guenching at 930℃ or 975℃ by tempring in the temperature range of 600-650℃ ,in which the low-cycle fatigue life of the steel guenched at 930℃is lower than that guenched at 975℃.
