摘要
本文给出了桔瓣式多面壳体角焊接接头的分布,试验研究了该种壳体液压胀形成球角焊接接头平角化过程。结果表明角焊接接头平角化自南、北极板边界附近的焊接接头开始,随内压力增加逐步向壳体赤道面发展,直到赤道面角焊接接头成为平角焊接接头。在高的内压作用下完成平角化的赤道面角焊接接头是胀形成球过程易开裂的部分。
This paper presents the distribution of fillet welded joints on an orange petal single-curvature polyhedron. The straight-angularization process of fillet welded joints during the polyhedron being bulged into a spherical vessel is studied. The experimental result shows that the straight-angularization process of fillet welded joints starts from the boundary of the southern polar plate or northern polar plate, gradually extends to the polyhedron equatorial plane with the inside pressure increases until the equatorial plane fillet welded joint becomes a straight angle welded joint. The straight-angularization process of the equatorial plane fillet welded joint is accomplished under higher inside pressure, so the possiblity for the joint to be split is greater than the other welded joints of the polyhedron.
