摘要
文章讨论了四探针排列于圆片样品的直径上,电流探针位于直径两端时电阻率的测量方法。应用保角变换求解二维恒流电场问题,得到了电阻率与测量电压和电流之间的关系式。同时还求得四探针位于圆周时计算电阻率的表达式。
A method of measuring resistivity on circular sample is discussed when four-POint probes areplaced on a diameter of the circle and the current probes are set at the ends of the diameter. Conformal mapping technique is used to solve the problem of two-dimension constant-current field,and a formula of resistivity expressed as a function of measured voltage and current is derived.Moreover, an additional expression of resistivity is obtained for the case in which four-POintprobes are arranged on the circumference of the circle.
