摘要
用束缚水浸应激法复制大鼠应激性胃溃疡模型,观察模型大鼠胃黏膜病损情况和溃疡指数的变化,检测模型大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量的变化。结果显示,大柴胡汤能明显降低模型大鼠胃黏膜病损程度及溃疡指数,降低模型大鼠血清GAS、TSH含量。大柴胡汤对大鼠应激性胃溃疡有明显防治作用。
To investigate the protection of Dachaihu Decoction against gastric stress ulcer. Models were established by rats of stress ulcer,observe the ulcerous index,the contents of GAS and TSH were measured in serum. It was showed that Dachaihu Decoction significandy inhibited the gastric mucesal ulcernation index, as compared with the model group. Dachaihu Decoction could reduce the level of the serum GAS. As compared with the model group,the serum TSH could be reduced. Dachaihu Decoction has a good protective and therapeutic effect against gastric stress ulcer.
