摘要
对该类产品常用的两个焊缝超声检验标准,ASME锅炉压力容器法规锅炉篇PW-52和GB11345-89的灵敏度进行了对比,并结合生产实际对探伤灵敏度和不同板厚下允许缺陷的指示长度提出了建议.
There are often two standards of ultrosonic testing of welding for 300 - 600MW boiler. Testing sensitivity are comparison in ASME boiler and pressure vessels PW - 52 and GB11345 - 89. Opinions are given for testing sensitivity and acceptable disconanuity lengths of different thickness through experiment.
