摘要
采用深缺口插销法评定了10CrMo910钢冷裂纹和再热裂纹敏感性;采用高温模拟试验对比了未经焊后热处理的10CrMo910钢厚壁管接头的性能.试验结果表明:(1)35mm厚的10CrMo910钢接头焊前预热(100~200)℃可防止冷裂纹;(2)10CrMo910钢裂纹敏感性轻微,取消其焊后热处理,在高温运行过程中不会产生再热裂纹;(3)未经焊后热处理的10CrMo910管接头具有更优良的力学性能;(4)φ≤273mm,δ≤35mm的10CrMo910钢管接头取消焊后热处理可行.
The susceptibilities of cold and reheat cracking of 10CrMo910 steel are evaluated by Imlpant testing with deep notched specimens and mechanical properties are compared with high temperature simulative testing as welding 10CrMo910 steel pipe without the use of postheating. The results show that 1. the cold cracking of 10CrMo910 steel pipe 35 mm thick can be prevented if 100 to 200 ℃ preheating is used; 2. slightly cracking susceptibility of 10CrMo910 steel will not results in reheat cracking to occur as it service at high temperature provided eliminating postheating after welding; 3. the better mechanical properties can be obtained for this steel joint without the treament of post heating and 4. the feasibility then is proved as welding 10CrMo910 steel pipe of dia. 273 mm and thickness 35mm without using postheating.
