脑出血急性期降压治疗对短期病情恢复及预后的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨对脑出血患者早期降压干预对病情恢复及预后的影响。方法对120例高血压脑出血急性期患者进行分组(降压治疗组与非降压治疗组)对比,观察血压、血肿变化、神经功能的恢复及病死率、脑梗死发生率等指标。结果两组患者在住院期间神经功能恢复及脑梗死的发生率差异有显著性;血压、血肿及病死率、再梗死率等指标差异无显著性;随访上述观察指标无明显差异。结论未使用降压药物组病后脑神经功能恢复快,脑梗死发生率低,随访观察病死率及再梗死率等并发症并无明显差异,降压治疗未显示明显优点。
