摘要
为顺应形势,我公司开发了可用于替代传统铅黄铜 HPb59-1的无铅易切削铋黄铜,其 w(Pb)<0.01%,铅浸出量<0.004 mg/L,机械性能及切削性能不低于 HPb59-1。加锰后,不但进一步强化了合金的机械性能,而且提高了耐脱锌性。在此基础上,开发了铋黄铜的加工工艺,试制出了热轧材、挤压材及拉拔线材。
In order to adapt the requirement of the society, we have researched and developed the unleaded free cutting Bi brass for replacing the conventional leaded brass HPb59-1, which w(Pb) is less than 0.01%, immersion of element Pb isless than 0.004 mg/L, mechanical properties and cutability can be compared with that of HPb59-1. Adding the element Mn not only improves the mechanical properties of the Bi brass but also improves its resistance to dezincification. On this basis, we have developed the processing technologies of Bi brass and produced the rolled rods, extruded rods and tubes, and drawn wires on trial.
