摘要
提出微观过程中共振振动激发的概念，结合无阈能反应的理论。
A concept so called resonant vibrational excitation in microscopic processes is suggested to explain the theoretical calculation results for reaction (1) and (2) combined with the theory of non-threshold-reaction.
