摘要
本文研究了Ca2+、PEG处理对小麦种子活力及萌发期间保护酶系统活性的影响,结果表明,Ca2+、PEG处理可以显著提高小麦种子活力,提高种子萌发期间SOD、CAT、POD的活性.种子活力与保护酶活性密切相关.
This paper studied effect of Ca2+. PEG pretreatment on vigor and defensive enzyemes activity in wheat seedling.The results showed that seed vigor and superoxide dismutase (SOD). catalase (CAT) and perokidase (POD) activity during wheat seed germination were prominently increased with Ca2+. PEG pretreatment.The relation between seed vigor and defensive enzymes activity are close.
