薄壁零件高速铣削的振动问题分析 被引量:9

摘要 对薄壁件加工过程中切削振动的影响因素进行了初步的分析和探讨,并提出了在高速铣削下薄壁零件的加工铣削力模型。通过选用不同的铣削加工用量对铣削力模型进行了验证,得出在不同切削转速、不同的轴向和径向切深、不同进给量条件下的预防变形的工艺措施。 Thin- wall components are widely used in aerospace products. However, the thin -wall component with poor machinability is easy to deform during high - speed milling process. This paper introduces briefly the influence of chatter on the thin - wall components and puts forward a milling force model during the high speed milling. We use different marching dosage to validate the model and propose some measures to prevent the chatter during different marching dosage.
