摘要
在当前企业产品竞争更加激烈的市场经济条件下,实施品牌战略无疑是企业生存和发展的重要路径选择,其中企业品牌的创立和保护则是其主要内容。企业可通过优化商标设计、提高产品质量、找准市场定位、做好广告宣传和提供优质服务等环节来创立自己的品牌。同时企业还要善于运用法律武器保护好自己的品牌,通过良好的经营行为来维护好自己的声誉和形象,以使企业在激烈的市场竞争中永远立于不败之地。
With the competition between enterprises' products, actualizing the trademark strategy obviously is an important way for enterprise to survive and develop. The enterprise can found the trademark by optimizing the design of trademark, improving the product's quality, finding out the right developing orientation, good advertisement and perfecting service. Meanwhile, the enterprise should be good at protect the trademark with law and good service so as to remain invincible in furious market competition.
