摘要
目的:了解子宫畸形的妊娠结局及主要并发症。方法:对1990年1月￣2004年12月我院收治的48例子宫畸形患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:子宫畸形患者流产率40.2%,早产率12.0%,胎位异常率44.0%,剖宫产率75.6%,围生儿病死率12.2%。结论:妊娠合并子宫畸形对母婴健康造成很大危害,应尽早明确诊断,孕期加强管理,减少并发症。
Objective：To understand the results of pregnancy in gravida with malformed uterus and its main complications.Methods： 48 gravidic patients with malformed uterus from january 1990 December 2004 treated in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Resuits：In this group,the rate of abortion was 40.2%,the rate of premature labor was 12.0%,the rate of abnormal fetal position mortality of perinatal period was 12.2%.Conclusion：The pregnancy in women with malformed uterus makes for the very big harm to the health of mother and infant.In order to reduce the complication,it is very important to make a clear diagnosis as early as possible and strengthen the management in the gestational period.
