摘要
本文应用免疫电镜技术对复制型HBV（adr）转基因小鼠的G2、G3代仔鼠的血清进行检测，发现直径22nmHBsAg颗粒和直径45nm左右的Dane颗粒．结果证明：该转基因小鼠模型的后代能继续复制、组装并分泌HBV病毒颗粒．
In this study 22nm in diameter HBsAg particles and 45nm Dane particles were found in the serum of HBV(adr) transgenic mice.The result suggests that the Dane particles can be replicated reconstructed and secreted in the offspring of the transgenic mice model.
