摘要
对新型包膜VC分别在加速试验条件下高温和铜铁金属离子存在,考察研究了包膜VC的稳定性。实验结果表明,包膜VC在加速实验和高温实验条件下,其保留率高达98%以上,缓释实验表明,包衣VC具有更高效的生物利用率。
The article studied stability of a new type coated VC at the condition of the temperature of 40℃,relation humidity of 75%±0. 5%,the high temperature of 105 ℃ and the metal ion. The results showed that the retained rate of VC could reach 99% at the experiment of accetlerate and high temperature. The experiment of sustained-release could prove that this coated VC have highly utilization rate of the biology .
