摘要
对2个甘薯野生种和4个甘薯种间体细胞杂交种的开花性及其特征特性进行总结:甘薯种间体细胞杂种“北农5501”、“北农5521”、“北农5522”、“北农5502”和6倍体野生种(I.trifida)在重庆容易开花,日单株开花数分别为10.7,9.1,7.0,4.9,5.4朵,而4倍体野生种(I.littoralis)不易开花,开花数仅为1.4朵.表明4个种间体细胞杂种和6倍体野生种的形态特征更接近于甘薯品种.
The flowering characteristic of 2 species of wild close plant and 4 species of interspecific somatic cell hybridization of Sweet potato was resear.ched. The results showed thatBeilong5501, Beilong55211 Beilong5522, Beilong5502 and hexaploid I. trifida could come to bloom easily in Chongqing., The average numbers of their flowers in one plant every day were 10. 7, 9.1, 7.0, 4.9, 5.4 respectively. The tetra plont wild specie I. littoralis had much less flowers, with the number of 1.4. The characters of I. trifida, Beilong5501, Beilong5502, Beilong5521 and Beilong5522 were more similar to Sweet potato.
