摘要
叙述了工程量清单计价在当前建设领域应用的必然性、迫切性和工程量清单计价的作用以及他与传统计价模式的区别,重点阐述了清单计价的分类及构成,提出了推行清单计价的几点看法和建议。
This paper expounds the nesessarity, imperation and role of engineering volume note valuating, and the difference from other traditional valuation mode, especially the classification and composition of note valuating, puts forward some opinions and suggestion about carrying out note valuating.
