摘要
硬盘播出系统是以视频服务器为核心,将图像和声音压缩、编码后存储在硬盘阵列中,然后根据节目播出需要进行节目编排、播出的自动播出系统。重点简述了硬盘播出系统及在太原电视台移动电视中的应用。
Hard disk broadcasting system is an automatic programming and broadcasting system with video server as the central unit, and works through initially digitizing and compressing image and voice signals into hard drive and broadcasts according to program needs.
