摘要
采用定向凝固方法研究了不同锑含量的亚共晶Fe-C-Si-Mn合金初生奥氏体二次枝晶臂间距。结果发现,当Sb≤0.036%时,随锑含量的增加,奥氏体二次枝晶臂间距减小;当Sb>0.036%后,随锑含量增加,奥氏体二次枝晶臂间距又逐渐变大。
The directional solidification method was used to investigate the secondary dendrite arm spacing of primary austenite of hypoeutectic Fe-C-Si-Mn alloy with various antimony contents. It is found that secondary dendrite arm spacing of primary austenite decreases with the increase of antimony content when the antimony content is less than 0. 036%, When the antimony is larger than 0.036%, adding more antimony to alloy enlarges that spacing again.
