摘要
目的探讨肺内2cm以下炎性假瘤的高分辨率CT(HRCT)表现。方法24例经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的肺内直径2cm以下炎性假瘤的患者行HRCT检查,其中16例同时行增强扫描。结果24例中,出现浅分叶征8例,棘状突起6例,晕征8例,血管集束征5例,空泡征1例;增强扫描16例,其中6例有轻度强化,10例无明显强化。所有病灶边缘均较光整。结论HRCT在诊断肺内小于2cm炎性假瘤有很大价值,各种征象综合分析可提高诊断的正确性。
Objective To study the HRCT manifestations of pulmonary inflamnmtory pseudotumors less than 2cm in diameter. Methods 24 cases with pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor less than 2cm in diameter underwent high resolution computed tomography （HRCT） scans of the chest, of them, 16 cases underwent additional enhanced CT scans. All cases were confirmed by surgical operation or fine - needle aspiration and pathology. Results HRCT scans demonstrated thai shoal lobulated sign was found in 8 cases, acanthoid processus in 6 cases, halo sign in 8 cases, vessel convergence sign in 5 cases, vacuole sign in 1 case. Among of 16 cases who underwent enhanced CT scans ,the lesions of 6 cases were light enhancement while those of other 10 cases were non- enhanced after contrast enhancement. The lesions of all cases were smooth and intact margin. Conclusions HRCT has important value in the diagnosis of pulmonary inflaunmatory pseudotumor less than 2cm in diameter, simultaneously, the overall analysis of varied CT signs is beneficial to the definite diagnosis of this disease.
