摘要
本研究采用根系整体观察与分层分析相结合的方法,对鹰嘴紫云英种植第一年其根系生长发育动态进行了观察研究。结果表明,鹰嘴紫云英根系生长,苗期表土层根生长速度快,0~10cm土层的根系重量和长度分别占整个根系的69.44%和49.55%,并且小于0.5mm的细根所占比率,重量达64.14%,长度占89.23%。分枝期根系开始向纵深方向生长,至花期根深已达100cm,90~10cm土层中发现尚存有占总根长6.38%的根。越冬前浅土层中的根系横向幅度扩展,表层土壤中的根系生长迅速,0~10cm土层中的根系重量与长度由花期的43.76%、24.28%,上升到越冬前的66.98%、41.19%。鹰嘴紫云英根系生长特点是各生育期以分枝期生长速度最快,至越冬前,根系呈现横向幅度扩展宽,垂直方向扎根深的形态特征。
The first-year root system development of cicer milkvetch was examined in this experiment. The results shown that the root system developed faster in topsoil during the early stage of vegetative growth. At this growing stage, the root weight and length within the soil layer of 0-10cm amounted for 69.44% and 49.55% of the whole root system, respectively; the amount of hair roots (less than 0.5mm in diameter) made up 64.14% in weight and 89.23% in length. The root system sped up downward extension when the plant entered branching stage. By florescence, the root reached the depth of 100cm and 6.38% of the whole root by length was found in the soil layer of 90-100cm deep. Before wintering, the lateral growth of root actively took place, especially in topsoil. The weight and length of root within the range of 0-10cm deep increased from 43.76% and 24.28% of the whole root at florescence to 66.98% and 41.19% before wintering, respectively. In general, the root system development is characterized by fast growth at plant branching stage and active lateral and downward growth before winter.
