卧式矩形环流反应器中气含率和液相流动研究 被引量:4

GAS-PHASE HOLD-UP AND LIQUID-PHASE FLOW CHARACTERISTICS IN AIR-LIFT LOOP REACTOR

摘要 针对矩形卧式多级串联环流反应器,在改变结构和气速的情况下,对全系统的气含率、上流区和下流区的气含率、液相循环速度、液相返混等进行了实验考察,并利用漂流模型,最小能耗原理等进行了模拟计算。 In this study, the effects of reactor geometry and gas velocity of a multicompartment rectangular air-lift loop reactor, have been experimentlly determined. A drift flux model was adopted to describe the gas hold-up in the riser. Based on the principle of minimum energy dissipation an equation for the liquid circulation was derived. Meanwhile the gas hold-up, liquid circulation velocity and RTD of liquid, as well as the relationships among them were studied.The results of the present study may be beneficial to promote the practical usage of this type reactor.
