摘要
根据水利院校基本建设项目管理的特点,构建项目后评估指标体系的层次结构模型,结合指标规范化方法,运用层次分析法计算指标权重和排序并对某水利高校实验楼项目进行了后评估,为水利院校进行项目后评估提供一种量化分析方法。
By analyzing the characteristics of investment projects of the capital construction in hydraulic universities and colleges,a post evaluation index system is established.Its index sequence and weight are studied by use of AHP method and index standardization method.With the post evaluation of a building,it provides a quantitative method for intensifying the project management of post evaluation in hydraulic universities and colleges.
