摘要
目的研究心理素质训练对电子对抗兵SCL-90各因子的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对电子对抗部队294名军人进行测试后,随机抽取134名军人作为试验组,以《军人心理素质训练》为训练教材,对其增加心理素质训练;随机抽取160名军人作为对照组,进行日常的军事训练。结果(1)心理素质训练后,试验组军人SCL-90各因子得分均显著降低(P<0.05),尤其是躯体化[(0.27±0.50)分]、人际关系[(0.23±0.49)分]、焦虑[(0.26±0.42)分]等因子差异显著;对照组各因子差异无显著性。(2)试验组士兵和士官SCL-90各因子评分训练前后差异显著(P<0.05),尤其是躯体化[(0.25±0.50)分]、焦虑[(0.25±0.41)分]和精神病性[(0.22±0.38)分]等因子差异显著。(3)除躯体化[(0.12±0.29)分]、人际关系[(0.10±0.26)分]和恐怖[(0.19±0.30)分]因子外,试验组军官SCL-90其余各因子评分训练前后差异显著(P<0.05)。结论心理素质训练对电子对抗兵心理健康有积极的效果;对试验组士兵和士官的心理健康水平提高好于对试验组军官心理健康的影响。
Objective To study the effects of mental quality training on electronic countermeasure soldiers on SCL-90. Methods 294 servicemen had been tested by SCL-90 （Symptom Checklist 90）. 134 servicemen were in training group and other 160 servicemen were in control group. The training group had been trained by Mental Quality Training of Servicemen,and the control group had not. Result （ 1 ） Compared with the scores of pre-training, the scores of the Iraining group servicemen were decreased obviously in all factors of SCL-90 （ P 〈 0. 05） ,especialiy in somatization （0.27 ± 0.50）, interpersonal sensitivity （0.23 ± 0.49） and anxiety（0.26 ± 0. 42）. （2） Compared with the scores of pre-training, the scores of the training group soldiers and sergeants were decreased obviously in all factors of SCL-90 （ P 〈 0.05 ）, especially in somatization （0.25 ± 0.50 ）, anxiety （0.25 ± 0.41 ） and Psychoticism （0.22 ± 0.38）. （3） Compared with the scores of preraining, the scores of the training group officers were increased in somatization （ 0. 12 ± 0.29 ）, interpersonal sensitivity （0. 10 ± 0.26 ）, horror （0.19 ± 0. 30） and the scores were decreased obviously in the other factors of SCL-90 （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion It is remarkable effect that the mental quality training on mental health of electronic countermeasure servicemen. The effect is better on soldiers and sergeants than on officers of training group.
