摘要
信息和情报的哲学基础是一个引人关注的问题。文章在论述信息和情报概念的内涵,以及两者的辩证关系的基础上,从系统辩证论的角度,构筑起信息和情报的哲学基础,拓展了信息和情报哲学研究的新视野。
The philosophic basis of information and intelligence is an issue concerned by people. In the paper, the connotation on the definitions of information and intelligence, and the dialectical relations between them were expounded. The philosophical basis on the information and intelligence is built on the basis of systematic dialectics, and the new field of vision on the philosophic researches of information and intelligence is also developed.
