摘要
文学是语言的艺术,任何一门语言的学习都离不开文学。在介绍文学课的性质和其设置主旨的前提下,分析了英语文学课的作用并提出了三种可行的学习方法:史选结合、理论联系实际以及识记、领会与应用相联系。
Literature is art of language. Studies of any language are involved in literature. By analyzing the characteristics and the purpose of establishing the subject of English literature, this article analyses the function of this subject in English learning and puts forward three feasible methods： the connection of literary history and works, the combination of theory and practice, the union of identifying, comprehension and usage of the basic knowledge.
