恶性肿瘤侵袭三步曲——粘附、蛋白水解、游走

摘要
恶性肿瘤侵袭转移是个多环节多步骤过程，每一个环节均有其相对独力的分子基础。侵袭是转移发生最初也是最关键的一步。本文简要报告近年来有关恶性肿瘤侵袭过程及其相关的分子研究结果。
