摘要
技术与企业治理结构匹配与否是决定企业竞争力的关键因素。本文修正了K itschelt模型,并通过对美、日IT企业治理结构与技术变迁关系的实证研究加以验证。我国企业应根据技术变迁和市场变化情况,灵活改变企业组织结构。
The matching of industrial embedded technology and corporate governance is one of the key factors to determining an industry＇s competitive capacity. The Kitsehelt Model is revised and the revised model is tested by empirical study on the relation between technical change and corporate governance in American and Japanese IT industries. Chinese enterprises should change the corporate governance flexibly to adapt to technology and market change.
