摘要
经过20多年的艰苦探索,我国软科学研究机构已经成为支撑政府民主决策和科学决策的重要力量,在政府决策中发挥着不可替代的作用。同时,我国软科学研究机构的发展也受到了一些因素的影响,存在着一些问题。本文在对软科学和软科学研究机构进行全面界定的基础上,着重探讨了软科学研究机构在政府决策中的功效和困境,提出了发展软科学研究机构、促进政府决策科学化及民主化的对策建议。
Through arduous exploration for more than 20 years, our eountry g soft science study organizations play a very important role in supporting democratic and scientific government decision - making, and have irreplaceable functions in government decision - making. At the same time, some factors impact the development of our country＇s soft science study organizations and there are also some problems. This paper focuses on the functions and dilemma of soft science study or- ganizations in government decision - making, which is based on the full expatiation of soft science and soft science study organizations. Finally, some countermeasures on the development of our countryg soft science study organizations and the promotion of democratic and scientific government decision - making are proposed.
