某药厂污水源热泵系统的模拟与分析 被引量:7

摘要 工业污水是一个优良的引人注目的低温余热源,在整个采暖期,水温波动不大,是水/水热泵或水/空气热泵的理想低温热源.采用污水热泵系统,可将工业污水作为提取和储存能量的基本源体,通过水源热泵来实现对建筑物冬季供热和夏季制冷.以哈尔滨某药厂的污水排放情况为例,采用计算机模拟,得到采暖季不同运行条件下,机组的主要特性(制热量Qc、输入功率N、制热性能系数COP)随各种条件变化的规律,显示出良好的节能性和经济性. As an attracting low level heat source, industry sewage is an ideal low temperature heat source for water/water or water/air heat pump for its little fluctuating temperature during the whole heating period. Heating in winter and cooling in summer can be realized by using water-source heat pump which extract/release heat to/from industry sewage, which accords with a sustainable development idea in designing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. A sewage-source heat pump system was simulated according to status of sewage in one medicine factory in Harbin. The main operating characteristics of it, such as heating capacity Qc, input electric power N, and coefficient of performance (COP) in heating in different operating conditions in a whole heating period were obtained which are quite energy-conservative and economical.
