摘要 针对微合金元素Nb的强化机理及宣钢棒材生产的工艺特点,研究了化学成分及轧制工艺参数对钢筋性能的影响,确定了钢筋的化学成分要求w(Ceq)≥0.39%,Nb的质量分数为0.02%~0.04%,轧制要求单线轧制不进行轧后穿水冷却,切分轧制轧后穿水冷却,冷却水量250~280 m3/h.通过回归分析,轧后不穿水时,钢中增加Nb的质量分数为0.01%,可提高钢筋屈服强度达17 MPa,抗拉强度15 MPa.工业化生产的20MnSiNb钢筋屈服强度达到了405~505 MPa,抗拉强度达到了585~655 MPa. Based on strengthening mechanism of microalloy element Nb and productive technology of bar steel, effect of the composition and rolling parameters on the mechanical properties was investigated. The optimal parameters are:w(Ceq)≥0.39%, w(Nb)=0. 02%-0. 04% and water-cooling after rolling for slit rolled rebars. For one-strand rolling process, water cooling is not necessary. According to regression analysis, for slit rolled rebars, the yield strength and tensile strength of rebar can reach 17 MPa and 15 MPa respectively by an increase of Nb content by 0. 01%. The tensile strength of 585-655 MPa and the yield strength of 405 505 MPa are reached for mass-produced 20MnSiNb by controlling the composition and rolling schedule.
