摘要
济钢1 750 m3高炉采用串罐无料钟炉顶布料系统。建立了布料模型,并在高炉生产中不断验证,逐步消化和掌握了无料钟技术,摸索出一系列无料钟炉顶布料的相关规律;建立了布料矩阵调节的基本准则,以“稳”为前提,以“平台漏斗”理论为依据,充分发挥了布料矩阵技术优势,确保高炉稳定顺行。研究结果表明:焦平台一旦确定,靠微调矿石矩阵可以调整煤气流的合理分布,达到维持矿焦比合理分布的控制目标。通过布料矩阵的不断优化,使高炉的顺行状况改善,高炉的利用系数达到2.35 t/(m3.d)。
The serial bell-less top with two coaxial vertical was adopted on 1 750 m^3 BF of Ji'nan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd.. In order to ensure the stable operation of blast furnace and establish operational manual, a model of burden distribution was developed and verified in practice. Based on the principle of steadiness and the theory of coke terrace, a reasonable ore-coke ratio can be established. Once coke terrace has been determined, ore distribution matrix can be regulated. In this way, the burden distribution matrix was optimized and the operation of BF was improved. The operational indexes have been improved continuously.
