摘要
目的了解用人单位对护理高职毕业生及护理高职教育的看法,对岗位人才培养方案作出评价,并提出建议,进一步探索高等职业护理教育如何适应社会需要。方法自行设计问卷调查28所医院护理高职毕业生工作现状。结果医院主要科室对高职毕业护生表示欢迎,综合素质基本认可,对培养高职护生课程设置倾向实施综合技能方案。结论临床需要具有良好职业道德、较强临床操作能力和沟通能力的护生,学校应重视护生理论和实践密切结合,加强实践性教学环节。
Objective To understand the appraisal and suggestions of hospital managers about advanced diploma nurses＇ working status ,comprehensive quality and training project,and to explore how to make advanced diploma nursing education to fit for the demands of society. Method A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate the advanced diploma nurses＇ working status in 28 hospitals. Results The managers in the key departments showed welcome to the advanced diploma nurses and felt favorable to their comprehensive quality. They preferred to the integrated training project of curriculum for advanced diploma nursing education. Conclusion Clinical practice needs the nurses with good professional morality,high - quality of clinical skills and communication competence. Nursing schools should pay close attention to the integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice in the training of nursing students, and strengthen the control of clinical teaching.
