摘要
目的:探索对部门护士长的培养方法,提供全新的护士长培养途径,提高医院整体护理水平。方法:科总护士长从2004年1 月-2005年12月对所管辖的9个病区9名护士长,因个人能力而宜制定培养计划,实施总护士长助理上岗制度。结果:培养管理梯队,出色完成任务。结论总护士长助理是培养护理管理人才的梯队,需具备特殊的管理技巧,有助于护士长自身综合素质的提高。
Objective: To explore the training mode of head nurse, find new training way of head nurse and improve the total nursing management capacity. Methods: The nurse manager trained 9 head nurses by nurse manager assistant system from Jan. 2004 to Dec, 2005, Results.. The nurse manager assistant system was well actualized and the nurse management team was established. Conclusions: nurse manager assistant system was an effective mode to train nurse management talent and it could improve the nurse manager's comprehensive capacity.
