摘要
回顾了浙江地区数家综合性公立医院近5年来实行企业化的管理模式后的利弊,针对出现的问题,提出了在政府补偿机制不足的大环境下,立足于现有机制,如何正确应用相关政策去处理好医院发展、职工生存、群众就医难的三者关系,商榷几种行之有效的管理模式在综合性公立医院管理中的可行性。
The article reviewed the advantages and weakness of several general public hospital operated by enterprise operation model in Zhejiang province. Under the preconditions of undercompensation circumstance and present operation mechanism, the author discussed how to balance the relations among hospital development, staff welfare and high medical expenditure. Finally, the feasibility analysis of several effective general hospital operation models was explored.
