摘要
阐述了北京医院外事工作在人才培养中发挥的作用,以及外事管理部门为此做出的努力;论述了医院外事工作与医院人才培养和医院可持续发展的关系,以及通过对外交流,在引进国外先进的医疗技术和科学的管理经验缩短与发达国家医疗技术水平差距,不断提高医院整体管理水平,加快医院发展速度等方面取得的积极成效。
The article introduced the impact of training by foreign affairs and analyzed the relationship between hospital foreign and hospital sustainable development. We could introduce advantage medical technology and scientific management to shorten the gap with those developed counties by international intercourse. As a result, we could improve the hospital management and speed the hospital development process.
