摘要
从更新服务理念,转变服务模式,提高人性化服务水平;建章立制,强化管理,提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全;完善沟通渠道, 主动接受监督,努力提高社会满意度等方面介绍了中国医科大学盛京医院构建和谐医患关系的做法与成效。指出,构建和谐医患关系,医方是主导。作为医院管理者,要眼睛向内,正视并克服自身的不足,不能怨天尤人。要充分认识构建和谐医患关系,是医疗卫生行业学习、贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的具体体现,也是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,更是医院实现可持续发展的客观要求。
The article introduced the experience and effect of building harmonious relationship between hospital and patients in affiliated Shengjing hospital of China Medical University. The concrete experience included renewing service conception, changing service model, improving humanism service, establishing rules, strengthening management, improving medical service quality and security, perfecting communication, accepting surveillance forwardly and promoting social satisfaction. The principal part of building harmonious relationship between hospital and patients was hospital. As a hospital manager, he should face and overcome the defects, fully aware that building harmonious relationship between hospital and patients was the concrete behavior of studying the three represents in health industry. Building harmonious relationship between hospital and patients was also the important parts of building harmonious society and the demands of keeping hospital sustainable development.
