摘要 18世纪中期以前的法国,因重商主义政策和中世纪庄园经济制度的制约,致使整个国民经济农工商比例严重失调,农业凋敝。在这种背景下,重农主义大师魁奈系统地提出了以农立国论和农业市场化思想。魁奈的这一思想,对18世纪后期及以后法国农业现代化发展产生了不小的影响。
