摘要
本文结合国内外有关规范等对加层地基承载力的论述,介绍了在建筑物荷载作用下如何确定地基承载力的几种方法。并以长春市区地基土的工程特性为基础,分析了地基土在建筑物荷载作用下固结沉降的机理,从土的抗剪强度的变化,探讨确定地基土承载力的提高系数,并提出计算方法。最后用该方法进行了实例计算。
Based on the discussions of the bearing capacity of subsoil for the floor-addition building in codes at home and abroad, several ways to determine the bearing capacity under the building loads are introduced. According to the engineering characteristics of subsoil in Changchun, the mechanism of the consolidation settlement of the soil under the building loads is analyzed. Through the variation of the shear strength of soil, the coefficient for the increase of the bearing capacity is discussed, and the corresponding calculation method is presented.
