摘要
本实验探讨了利用熔融插层法将棕榈酸插入到蒙脱土层间制备定形相变贮能材料的方法,研究了其适宜的制备条件,用XRDI、R、DSC等方法对定形相变材料的结构和性能进行了表征与测试。研究结果表明:棕榈酸被有效地密封在蒙脱土层间,制得的材料具有良好的贮能性能,相变贮能过程中形态稳定。
The preparations of shape-stabilized material for phasechange energy storage were studied in this paper, with palmitic acid intercalated into the layered silicate montmorillonite by melt intercalation. The optimum prepara tions were analyzed. Their structure and properties were studied by XRD, IR and DSC. The result showed that palmitic acid was sealed effectively in the layer of montmorillonite and the composite materials are new type materials for energy storage which have obvious energy storage and shape-stabilized characteristics during phase change.
